New Years Supper

Options
Black Eyed Peas & Collards were done separately in the IP.  Chops were wet brined for 2hrs, Coated in  Tsunami Spin & SV’d for 3hrs at 135 then seared.  

Sloppy plated shot but the meal was on point

    Nailed that BGE pic as well.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

    Looks great. 

    We did black eyed peas and collards in the IP together, and our protein was brats and sauerkraut (for our cabbage).
