Brunswick Stew

Options
1 lb smoked brisket
1 lb smoked pork
1 lb smoked chicken
2 diced sweet onions
4 cans fire roasted
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes 
2 cans shoe peg corn
1 bag whole kernel corn
1 qt fat willies BBQ sauce
2 tbsp black pepper
1/4 cup cider vinegar 
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar

Makes ~ 2 gallons

    Looks like a great recipe and nice texture.  The only addition I would make is lima beans.  Thanks for sharing your recipe.  Great job!

    It contains 1 full quart of BBQ sauce and 3 lbs of meat so I'd say 2 gallons is accurate.
