1st time pork belly burnt ends

These were done on the Traeger while chicken wings were on the small egg. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. These did not suck.

Did some today as well. Yours look better than mine. I bought some country spare ribs on sale in lieu of belly. They were too lean. Ok, but too lean imo. Nice work!
