Saturday night hot wings

Nice way to end a day on patrol. Seasoned with salt and pepper , indirect at 400 degrees for 45 minutes . Flipped halfway through . Foil covered plate setter made them nice and crispy. Dunked in mixture of Franks Red Hot , butter , and DP Swamp Venom. Hot , but not too spicy to enjoy.

I do my wings direct, 300F - 350F for 45 - 60 minutes. Every 15 mins I flip and baste with hot sauce diluted with lime juice.
