I am heading to Tuscaloosa, AL from NJ to drop off my son a College. I am looking for a good place to purchase a Prime Brisket to cook once I return. I am from Northern NJ and Prime Brisket isn't easy or cheap to find in my area. Any options would be helpful...

Costco in Hoover is a good place for a prime.Restaurant Depot in Homewood is a popular place for choice grade, with a good selection to choose from.

About all I can find around me is Select. That’s why I don’t do brisket often. If you want to splurge and pick up a wagyu give these folks a look. If you ask they’ll meet you somewhere for pick up. http://www.northalabamawagyu.com/

if you're coming on I-75 thru Knoxville there's a Costco at Exit 374. It's easy on/off. Prime is $3.49/lb. Roll Tide!!
