First Timer Ribs

Pork ribs are my wife's favorite, so I thought I'd give them a go yesterday for the first time since I had a day off from work. I read all about the 3-2-1 method, but decided to go with Meathead's recipe on amazingribs.com for this first time. Picked up some pork spareribs from the local store and dry brined for two hours. I got the egg going at 225F indirect. Used leftover home-made rub without any salt since I didn't want to double salt dip with the dry brine and the rub. About 6 hours on the egg and they passed the bend test. Mopped with a little sauce, direct heat for about 3 minutes per side. The Mrs and I were quite pleased with the final result.
