Smoked Meatballs with Gnocchi

Decided to try to replicate a recipe from one of my favorite local restaurants.
Prepped and ready to hit the smoke.
After being smoked at 275 grate temp for an hour.
Plated and served.
Good smoke ring on them too.

That looks great, will definitely try that. We go through a lot of meatballs usually pan fry them in olive oil like Grandma.XL BGE
