How do you do your Cornish Hens?

Going to do these for Christmas. I know some smoke em slow...I normally prefer my birds cooked hot, though (but I could be convinced otherwise). Some kind of glaze would probably be nice. Any suggestions? thanks much and happy holidays!

  • Wellen,
Try the Parmasean (sp?) crusted cornish hens. Can't remember if they are on the nakedwhiz's site or this one but they are pretty darn good!!!
