Quinoa and Chicken Tzatziki Bowl

Options
Felt like something Greek and whipped these up.
Started by marinating some chicken breasts and making a tzatziki sauce.

Made a greek salad to go on top.

Grilled the chicken and assembled the bowls.
Seasoned the quinoa with vegetable stock, oregano, turmeric and garlic powder. Turned out really well and will definitely make again.
