I am new to this multiple picture posting, but I am going to give it a go. I hope this is able to post in the order I mean for it to. [p]I started cooking two butts...then proceeded to chickens and then combined the two to make white chicken chili (thanks to someone on here...sorry I can't remember whom) and brunswich stew (thanks to my mother). Even if it is in reverse, you get the idea...[p]IMG_1053.jpg

GriffinGaDawg, Do you cook the pork butts in those Alu pans? I do tons on them myself - no pan. Just curious. Steve.

  • GriffinGaDawg,
Pork Loin rubed with yellow mustard and DP Red Eye Express[p]PorkLoin0.jpg[p]PorkLoin3.jpg[p]PorkLoin16.jpg[p]PorkLoin13.jpg

  • GriffinGaDawg,
GDawg you did great with multi pic's. Ole Greenie was really puffin.

  • Naaah...I just prepared them in those and then put the rack on top of one and used it as a drip pan.
  • Dadgum that looks good! I have to do some tenderloins...both beef and some point soon.
