Fridge Diving Cook

Wasn’t in the mood to stop at grocery but I did find it acceptable to stop at the liquor store.  Lol.  

I had Italain Turkey sausage that I sliced and seared 


I had some ports that I cleaned and put on the small to soften a bit while I sauteeed some red onion,red/green bell peppers with some hot cherry peppers.  (No pics) 

Everything ready to go 


First 2 layers in shroooms.  Marinara and sausage 


Them the onion pepper mix 


Then some moz 

On the small 425° indirect till cheese melts 


I hit them with the broiler before plating 


Really nice flavors.   Thanks for looking.
