Sous Vide Egg Bites?

I’ve made these a couple times and they have always turned out good but all my add ins like bacon pieces, cheese chunks, sun dried tomatoes etc always sink to the bottom. Is there a trick for getting that stuff to be consistent throughout the whole egg bite?

If you do bacon you can precook and place vertically in the mason jar. Otherwise you can always add the toppings later after cooked.

You have to add that stuff after it's cooked. Herbs, spices and some shredded cheeses will float, the stuff you mentioned will not. The egg mixture gets really thin before it solidifies.

On a high note, if you remove the cooked egg from the little jar and slice it before you top it, the presentation is pretty.
