A few wings...

Morning All:

Did a few wings last night for dinner...first brined for about 2 hours then used four different Dizzy Pig rubs...Drums at the top were Peking, flats on the left were Bayou-ish, flats on the right were Red Eye Express & the drums on the bottom were Mediterranian-ish...Just on the Egg indirect at about 200 with a couple small chunks of Guava for smoke...


Two hours later ready to come off...dome temp is now about 375 as it slowly rose over the two hours...came out very juicy & delicious...
