my son brought a venison hind qtr over so I ground it up(large grind) into 4 batches.

If you grind venison fry burgers BJ's club has a great tri mix composed of beef,veal,and pork. I have done around 5 to 6 lbs of venison to one package of the tri mix. I think they call it their meatloaf mix
