Hi everyone! The wife and I were watching Emeril the other night and he was making Lasagna. When I got home from work last night Sheri surprised me with Lasagna, wasn't cooked yet, so I suggested to cook it in the egg. I put a fresh load of lump in the egg and got it up to 350 degrees(with a plate setter and piza stone). I cooked it covered for appx. 35-40 min., uncovered and an additional 10-15 min. All I can say is I hope there is leftovers when I get home tonight(Sheri gets home before I do). Very good, with a twist a smoke/brick oven flavor. Not sure if anyone has tried this yet, but just wanted to share, the info that is, not the lasagna {:)[p]DK
