Saw a few of these on IG. Truth be told I had my doubts bout this one but had to give it a shot. I used elk sausage from a successful hunt in Montana this past October. Stuffed with blueberry muffin and a drizzle of maple syrup. Cooked indirect on my XL. Before taking it off I brushed on some more maple syrup.

It was good, more like OK, muffin was mushy so maybe it was a texture thing. Ill try more of these but I will stuff it with something else. Here are some pics.
