Half-Cow freezer space?

Ok, so a deal fell into my lap. Short version, getting 1/2 a cow for $1/lb. Was told cows yield about 40% of their hoof weight. So 1/2 a ~1400lb cow gets around 300/lbs meat.
I left my upright freezer at my old house and need a new one. About how big a freezer do I need?

This was a case of better lucky than good. A friend of mine was paid with a cow. They didn't need the whole cow, so they offered me the other half for $1/lb. That’s a steal! The best I find with local grain fed Angus is $1.90 lb hanging weight. The locker charges a $55 slaughter fee, and $0.65/lb to process, cut , wrap, and freeze.

It'll probably be 36%, but 40% is a safe guess. You figure 40% is lost as skin and guts, then 40% loss as bones and trimmings. $1/pound processed is a really good price.Aledo, Texas
