After a minor mountain biking mishap during a recent trip to Utah, I’ve been a bit handicapped but was still determined to cook tonight. Two dishes from The Haoaense Grill. The ginger-soy chicken was great, kids ate it up too. The final picture was a spectator that watched me cook.

@kl8ton I was in Park City, went tithe peak at 9,000 and rode down to the city. First time to ride there, not sure of the names. Amazing ride, minus clipping a tree and breaking my hand.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.
