Indy Egg Fest at Sullivan's hardware this Saturday. Anyone cooking? This will be my first attempt to participate in a fest. I’m making pork belly burnt ends and steak bites with mushroom and blue cheese.

i will be there and @coltsfan is joining in the fun this year. we will have some scotch eggs, chicken thighs, pulled pork and some wings. i look forward to cooking at this one every year.

Do people stay all night that are doing brisket and such? Plan on doing some prep after work tomorrow night.

I will be in from Alabama around 10pm. its open all night, I have about an hour of prep. there are a couple sullivans employees there overnight to watch everything so people will be around.

What a great day we had! Started around 6am, first beer cracked open at 7:30am.
We made 6 dozen scotch eggs, 6 pork butts, 15 lbs of thighs and just as many wings! We had 2 XL's and 2 LG BGE's.
For my first EggFest, I'd say we knocked it out of the park. @Kent8621 is one heck of a guy. Thanks again for asking me to help out!
Can't wait to do it again next year!

thanks @coltsfan for joining, it was a great time despite the weather tried to ruin it but the people still came out in droves. looking forward to next year. maybe we can get 6 eggs going
