‘Tis the season for Hatch Green Chile’s

Ok so SWMBO came home yesterday with a case of roasted hatch green chili’s. Besides the basic stewes and green chili burgers, anyone have any tips to use some of these? I have an excess of them. They are all separated, bagged and in the freezer. Thanks in advance.

Yeah doesn’t hurt that I’m like 90 miles from Mexico. It’s a trade off. I’m 300 miles from bbq meca. So it’s a trade off.Midland, TX XLBGE
