Pork Puller

I'm doing a "Max" turkey for Thanksgiving, for the family. My problem is, I will have about a one hour drive to my daughters house. I've read on here about the cooler thing for ribs and butts, but never any mention of turkey. I can't think of any obvious reasons it would'nt work, other than the skin will be soggy. Any thoughts?[p]Thanks

Pork Puller,[p]If you are talking about cooking it, yanking it off the egg then hopping in the car and driving an hour, you will be fine. You could either foil and plate it or even use the cooler to transport it.[p]I would cook it a little earlier and slice it and make a really nice garnished platter of sliced turkey and just carry that to dinner!
