Morning All:
It has been too long since I did some fried rice so tonight was finally the night...Kathy cooked the rice yesterday so it had a day to dry out nicely...everything ready to go including some the pork chop left from Father's Day...
Got the Egg nice & hot then less than 20 minutes later almost ready to eat...
the close-up shot...
then had the last piece of the fruit pie from Dad's day for dessert!
