New-ish Member, finally posting

Hey all, new ish member here from northern Alberta. Been lurking for over a year since buying my LBGE in spring 2017. The amount of info and advice on this forum has made for very few botched cooks right from the start.

Decided its high time to start posting all these cooks, and what better way then with my most recent weekly pork butt haha.
