After smoking on a Weber Kettle for years, I finally pulled the trigger and bought a Large BGE. First cook was St Louis ribs rubbed with Meat Church Honey Hog and smoked at 250 for 5 1/2 hours over BGE lump and apple wood. Can’t wait to do a brisket next.

Clearly, your years w. the kettle set you up well for the Egg. I suspect you will find Egging to be remarkably easy.
