How long should I cook these? Sausage is precooked.

Until the shrimp is done. Don’t over cook the shrimp.Morristown TN, LBGE and Mini-Max.

I would grill them separately. They have different cook times. You could always reassemble them cooked like you have them uncooked.

I agree with both comments above. The shrimp will cook a lot faster than the sausage.

You could go indirect at 250ish for 30 minutes or so. That lets the sausage render a bit and the shrimp to cook. If you go hot and fast, sausage will still be cold when the shrimp is done.Jefferson, GA
