Stuffed Chicken Dinner

Needed a change of pace with the boneless skinless chicken breasts. Stuffed with garlic sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and feta. 425F raised direct. Whipped out the mandolin for the crookneck squash and seasoned with EVOO and St John Spice Cruz Bay grill rub.
