Tiger Sauce - uses?

Options
I made tuna salad today with the usual mayo and relish. Decided to add something based on stuff in the fridge...yes Tiger Sauce (about 1 TBSP). I think I have a new favorite.

Nice!  I use it often in stir-frys, but bet it kills in tuna salad.
May have to drop a glop into my scrambled eggs tomorrow morning, too.

It’s pretty good on Baltimore pit beef too.

Bacon wrap some scallops and put a few drops on top just before they're done.
Also, a great compliment to hard boiled eggs.

It's a good quick appetizer too. Pour over a block of cream cheese for crackers.  I've seen tiger sauce and Pickkapepper sauce used for this and is good.

I use as a condiment for just about anything...beef, pork, chicken.  I even like it on pizza.

I've put it on ribs along with brown sugar and squeeze margarine when foiling.
