Seal keeps coming off new BGE

in EggHead Forum
so our BGE is still new so I’m in touch with the store where we bought it since they also assembled it but our seal keeps coming off by the hinge.  Like somethings not quite aligned right. Anyone know?

    Yeah that shouldn’t be happening.  Looks to me like the initial gasket simply wasn’t put on very well, or that the way the top was attached is causing some bad friction back there.  Hopefully the store will help fix it.
