Beef Roast , never done one on the Egg

The wife picked up a good sized bone in beef roast, she planned on putting in a Crock pot in the morning so it’s ready when I get back in town , I told her not to crock it so I can do it on the Egg. She agreed about the same time I realized I had no idea how best to do this. Manly pride and a want to try it kept me from admitting this to her. 
So, here I am , asking for advise on how best t cook this on the Egg. Roughly 3lbs with bone in, Usually with as little fat as possible.
