Looking for a good recipe on pork tenderloins. Not the whole loin that pork chops are cut out of but the actual tenderloin that comes in small packages with about 3-4 pieces about 1/3 lb. apiece. Hope i made myself clear on the cut of pork I'm wanting to cook. I was kind of thinking high temp. with char crust.[p]CWM
