One of my best technicians is unfortunately leaving us next week to move with his family to Texas. He's actually one of the ones I hand picked to help scrub in on Cache's surgery...
Had him and some of the other technicians over for a feast...everything except the cake was cooked on the egg.

Last shift this week 



Baked beans cooked for an hr prior to the other fixings
brats were marinated in Budweiser for 6 hrs prior to grilling
