Happy Memorial Day Fellow Eggheads
I’ve had this on for 4 hours now at anywhere between 220 - 250. Internal temp is at about 165. Looks a litte dry, I’m really trying for spme nice bark. Any thoughts? Just let it keep going? Dome temp is at 250 now.
