Been reading all the threads on Pork Belly Burnt Ends and I have to try this. One question, do you all make this as your main course of a meal or just as appetizers?

But it's not hard to make a meal out of a batch if you want, because they're so rich. I've definitely done that."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike -

I go with apps as well but you can scale the quantity up if you wish. As @JohnInCarolina notes, be aware of the rich flavor profile. they will fill you up in short order.

Apps, for sure. They are so rich. Something about all that butter and brown sugar.

It's difficult not to make them a main course. They are too delicious to stop eating just as an appetizer.Large Egg, PGS A40 gasser.

I always cook the belly from Costco in three pieces, until an internal temp of 145 with whatever rub you want, then I cube it and add bbq sauce of choice and some butter, back on the egg for 30 min and serve.
