@Skrullb , that's a good looking meal. I haven't used the wok that I purchased for my XL yet. I have the woo (I think the wok I have is bigger based on your picture). I noticed it looks like you have the woo flipped to get the wok away from the fire a little, is that correct? What has been your experience with both setups?

@cookingdude555, yes I have it flipped over because I cooked my wings first and that fire was hot! I had to get it as far away as I could. The wok I have was for my medium but it just fits in the Xl Woo so I haven’t bought a new one. I think I’ve only wokked on the XL twice and I did it the same both times. It’s really about trying not to burn all of the hair from my arms. Lol. Having it flipped over and away from the fire just seems easier to me, it’s higher and easier to work with.
