A Gorgeous Friday Afternoon in BGE Smoke,

The cold has lingered here in NJ, but today was a blessing with an 80 degree temp and clear sky. I anticipated this with marinading two pork loin halves last night in McCormicks Smoking Sweet Tea marinade....love it. 

Pork tenderloin halves on the BGE this afternoon at 325 indirect with cherry chunks and cooked to 145 before pulling. It was awesome to just soak in warm weather and sit outside jawing with my wife while this cooked. Life is good!
