OT - Cheesesteaks

I came across some shaved ribeye at the store and decided to try my hand at a homemade cheesesteak. It was delicious. Used a combo of provolone and Muenster cheese and onions and shrooms. Finished in the oven wrapped in foil to make everything warm and happy.

Opened at the end to add some chopped pepporincini.
