This was a little riff from our Italy trip last summer. Very tasty. 

Farmers market spinach and ricotta stuffed homemade ravioli with Marsala mushrooms and pea shoots topped with pasture raised porterhouse chops from up the road. The pea shoots and spinach were so fresh- they really made the meal. Pig was killer too. All came together nicely.
