    These were amazing. My wife could not believe I had not made them before.

    (I actually did when she was out of town but I undercooked it)

    She says it's the best thing I've ever made on the egg and when can we have them again.

    Faradays was out of Rock Wood and I didn't get a chance to head to Spicewood. I used RO and lit the fire 2 hours before applying the ribs.

    Also, the leftovers made for tasty eggs benedict this am.

    BTW, these were Egged between 250 and 300 degrees for 6.5 hours. 
    Cherry and Hickory chunks for smoke.
