Some eggcellent chicken...

Picked up a roaster, cut ‘er up, let ‘er dry in the fridge about 6 hours.  Rubbed with Old Bay and Habanero Desth Dust.  Raised, indirect, ~375-400 about 70 minutes.  Had a couple of applewood chunks in there.  Would have done the cornstarch thing, but forgot.  Left one breast skinless for the wife - she missed out on some delicious, truly crisp, skin.

Costco boneless NY strips tonight.
