A few dishes

Options
Decided to make a few different dishes tonight. First run at some baked Brie puff pastry with basil Hayden bourbon, pecans,dark brown sugar, Brie cheese, and bourbon barrel aged honey from a brewery in Virginia added to the mix.  Second was the best appetizer ever sausage dish with bacon added to it and topped with dizzy pig pineapple rub. And some smoked corn salsa/dip with jalapeño ranch seasoning.
