Hey all, I'm going to try my hand at making bacon from pork belly. Looking for dry rub recipes and info on how to set up the egg and temps.

Smoked pork belly is delicious, but if you want bacon you'll have to cure it first.

Thanks, I will check the sites out. How do you set up your egg? Use a plate setter, or raised grill while smoking?
