Bottle to hold injection?

Hey everyone - I'm curious if anyone has a bottle to hold injections that they can recommend. When I use the needles that have multiple holes, towards the bottom of the bottle I start sucking air, and as you know it becomes a balancing act to get the rest of the injection out.
I almost need a test tube or something very narrow that can stand by itself as I need both hands to pull liquid into the injection.
I've tried the upside water bottle with the hole in the cap and haven't had much success.
What do you use?
Thanks guys,

This might work... though it would be a little embarrassing!

I use a tall glass when it gets low. There is nothing too expensive in most injections (nothing expensive in anything I use anyhow) So just be ok with wasting some.XL, Small, Mini & Mini Max Green Egg, Shirley Fab Trailer, 6 gal and 2.5 gal Cajun Fryers, BlueStar 60" Range, 48" Lonestar Grillz Santa Maria, Alto Shaam 1200s, Gozney Dome, Gateway 55g Drum

I'm in the same camp as @Thatgrimguy although I use a small former spice jar when the level gets low.
Since I'm here, I wrap the target protein in shrink wrap before juicing it up. Contains the random stray shots and makes clean-up quite easy. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
Those test tubes look like a great idea! If you're worried about being embarrassed, use a Champagne flute.BGE XL, Visions Grill, Multiple Webers, ABS Pit Boss

I have used a plastic bottle that had a rub in it. But now I use a 5" tall plastic container that one of my prescriptions came in.Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.

I use a narrow dinner glass that seems to work really well. If you have some expensive injection that you don’t want to waste any of, you could just dump the remainder into a shot glass of some type. With the aid of a funnel, your waste would be very minimal

If all else fails, just baste the meat with the leftover injection.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
