Daddy Pats Shake and Grill Firecracker Hot Wings[p]Firecracker Mix
12 chicken whole wings or 2.5 lbs
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper[p]1. Fold wings tips under the opposite ends to form a triangles
2. Place Firecracker Mix a resalable plastic bag. Add chicken to
the Mix and shake until the chicken is coated with the Mix
3. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour, but no longer than 24
hours. The heat level intensifies the longer you marinade the
the chicken. (TIP: I usually marinate chicken for 3 hrs to create
a nice heat level.)
4. Set grill up for an indirect cook and grill chicken at 350-375
degrees dome temperature for approximately 30 minutes or
until the chicken is no longer pink.
