Has Anyone in Cajun Country Done Tasso on the BGE?

I just came upon an interesting recipe for a Cajun Pork Butt called Tasso. I as a provincial Yankee have never heard of it. It requires smoking. Can anyone on the Forum (I' sure they can) tell me a bit about it, what does it taste like, and can it be smoked on the BGE. [p]Anthony
