Brined\Smoked Turkey practice run

Getting ready for the big day.

Brined with my Bird Bath plus some pepper corns and orange over night. Seasoned with Honey Hog. Large BGE for ~3 hours at 275. Basted with Banner butter every 45 mins or so. Finally topped with Texas Pepper Jelly Rib Candy Apple Cranberry Hab the last 10 minutes of the cook. Perfecto!
