Last night's leftover fajita veggies, with some diced spam and pepper jack cheese made for a very tasty frittata this morning.

    @epcotisbest - do you have any run time in HI?  Asking as the populace there consumes more spam per person than any other state in the country by far.  Looks good BTW.
