Has anyone done a pork butt from Myron Mixon's Smokin book? Is so I have a question

I have a 10 lb butt i want to throw on. I have some other commitments too so time is an issue. i have never cooked one and wrapped it. How long will a 10 lb butt cook for if wrapped after a couple of hours? Per his recipe I will be smoking at 250.

Bump it to 275- 285 (hell, or 300) with a butt. It'll go much faster, and make no discernable difference in quality. The animal always controls, and the sooner you wrap it, the quicker it will cook, but your bark will suffer. I'd give it 8 - 9 hours with wrapping, but YMMV.
