Thanks. I only use the feet to prop tri tips or other big steaks on their sides and ends for searing. The feet keep the meat from falling back over when it’s on it’s narrow side.

Looks really good! What temp and how long on the SV?
Albuquerque, NM - LBGE and an old rusted gasser that I use for accessory storage. -
@Plutonium, I SV’d it at 137 for four hours (dinner was later than anticipated). Then I seared it on the mini max, don’t know the temp, just when the coals were red. It was tender and juicy.
