Stuff some chicken breasts...

Morning All:

When I got home this evening my much better half had taken a couple large boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut them in half & stuffed with ham & swiss cheese (sort of cordon bleu)...used Dizzy Pig Raging River on two of them & DP Pineapple Head on the other two...just on the Egg, raised grid direct at about 400...


about 30 minutes later ready to come off...


Added some Zatarain's Cilantro/Lime rice (new to us) & pickled cucumbers for a delightful (and quick) meal...


I'm heading out tomorrow to Bentonville, Arkansas to judge at the Sam's Club National Pro BBQ tour finals on Saturday...expect to be eating some FINE Q!
