OT - Leftover meatloaf sandwich.

Posted the meatloaf I cooked the other day and today for lunch I had the last of it as a sandwich for lunch. Leftover cold meatloaf, mayo, diced onions and pickled jalapenos. Very good and beats a Big Mac any day.

The best part of meatloaf is having leftovers for sandwiches. I like to put a piece of string cheese in the center of my meatloaf so i can have a little bite of cheese in every piece.
